USA - MicroGen Systems (www.microgensystems.com) has chosen X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries to produce the first MEMS based energy harvesters for the company. Headquartered in Erfurt, Germany, X-FAB is a multinational semiconductor and MEMS contract manufacturer.
